Game Rules — The Cohen-Dubois Scratch-Off Ticket

Version dated October 2, 2026. These rules are available free of charge on this page for the duration of the promotion and will be sent free of charge to anyone who requests them in writing.

Article 1 — Organizer

Atelier-Dubois S.L., a limited liability company under Spanish law registered under number B26954222, with its principal place of business located at Av. Diagonal, 399, 4th Floor, Unit 2 — 08008 Barcelona, Spain (hereinafter “the Organizer”), which operates the website atelier-cohen-dubois.com, is organizing a promotional campaign involving the awarding of prizes through a pre-determined random drawing, called “The Cohen-Dubois Scratch-Off Ticket.”

Article 2 — Duration of the Operation

The promotion runs from October 1, 2026, through December 31, 2026, inclusive. Tickets are included in packages shipped during this period, subject to a limit of 5, 000 printed tickets. The promotion automatically ends when this supply is exhausted, if that occurs before December 31, 2026.

Article 3 — Conditions for Participation

The promotion is open to any individual of legal age residing in metropolitan France, Belgium, Luxembourg, or Switzerland, excluding employees of the Organizer and their immediate family members.

Only one entry per order. Orders that are canceled, refunded, or returned in full do not qualify for a prize: the corresponding entry is then considered unassigned.

Article 4 — Terms and Conditions of Participation

4.1 — With purchase. A ticket is included with every order shipped during the period specified in Article 2. The participant scratches the designated area on the front of the ticket to immediately find out if they have won an additional prize.

4.2 — Participation is free and requires no purchase. Any person who meets the conditions set forth in Article 3 may request a ticket without making a purchase by sending a regular letter to the Organizer at the address listed in Article 1, indicating their last name, first name, and complete mailing address, and specifying “Ticket Request — Cohen-Dubois Contest.” Only one request per person and per household (same name, same address) is permitted throughout the duration of the promotion. Postage costs incurred will be reimbursed upon simple request, based on the current standard mail rate, via bank transfer to the provided bank account information. Tickets allocated in this manner are drawn from the same pool and offer exactly the same odds of winning.

Article 5 — Guaranteed benefit: 15% off

The back of each of the 5,000 tickets features a 15% discount code . This is a promotional offer available to every ticket holder, not a prize awarded by a drawing. It remains valid regardless of the result of scratching the ticket.

Article 6 — Allocation and Probabilities

The scratch-off area on the front reveals an additional prize, if applicable. The prize pool is distributed as follows among the 5,000 tickets printed:

That is , 69.02% of tickets reveal an additional prize, of which 0.14% win a prize. The amounts shown correspond to the manufacturer's suggested retail price as of the date these rules were written.

Article 7 — Determination of Winners

Prizes are assigned randomly prior to distribution: the 5,000 tickets are printed in a single batch, with the results randomly assigned at the time of printing, and the tickets are then shuffled before being placed in the packages. Neither the Organizer nor its agents know the contents of a ticket before it is scratched, and no selection is made at the time of shipment.

Article 8 — Terms of Use for Discount Codes

Codes are valid for 2 months from the date the ticket is received
Single-use, for a single order
Cannot be combined with each other or with any other current promotion, offer, or code
Applicable to the price of products, excluding any shipping costs
Non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash
Each code is personalized and unique; any code that is duplicated, resold, or made public will be deactivated

Article 9 — Awarding of Prizes

The winner of a prize must contact the Organizer at contact@atelier-cohen-dubois.com within 30 days of receiving the ticket, attaching a legible photograph of the scratched-off ticket and the corresponding order number. The Organizer will verify the authenticity of the ticket and confirm the prize by return email.

Physical prizes will be shipped free of charge—with no shipping or handling fees to be paid by the winner—within 15 business days after validation, to the delivery address specified for the order or to any other address provided by the winner within the geographic area defined in Article 3.

Gift certificates can be redeemed in a single transaction at atelier-cohen-dubois.com. They are valid for 6 months from the date of issuance, include shipping costs, are not redeemable for cash, and are non-refundable. If the order total is less than the value of the gift certificate, the remaining balance is forfeited.

Prizes may not be contested, exchanged for their cash value, or exchanged for another prize. If a physical prize is unavailable, the Organizer reserves the right to replace it with an item of equal or greater value.

A ticket that is damaged, illegible, incomplete, forged, reproduced, or scratched in such a way that the result cannot be determined is automatically void.

Article 10 — Liability

The Organizer shall not be held liable for any ticket that is lost, stolen, damaged, or not received due to postal services. The Organizer reserves the right to shorten, extend, modify, or cancel the promotion in the event of force majeure or circumstances beyond its control, without incurring any liability; any changes will be reflected in an update to these rules on this page.

Any attempt at fraud—including the reproduction of tickets or the creation of fictitious orders—will result in the immediate cancellation of participation and any potential winnings, without prejudice to any legal action that may be taken.

Article 11 — Personal Data

The data collected as part of the promotion (last name, first name, mailing address, email address, order number) is processed by the Organizer, who is the data controller, solely for the purposes of managing the promotion and awarding prizes. The legal basis is the performance of precontractual and contractual obligations related to participation.

They are retained for 12 months after the end of the operation and then deleted, with the exception of accounting documents related to batches, which are retained in accordance with legal requirements.

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, participants have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to, and transfer their personal data, which they may exercise by contacting contact@atelier-cohen-dubois.com. Participants may also file a complaint with the competent supervisory authority—in France, the CNIL (cnil.fr); in Spain, the AEPD (aepd.es).

No data is shared with third parties for commercial purposes. Participation in this promotion does not result in subscription to a mailing list.

Article 12 — Acceptance of the Rules

Participation in this promotion implies full and unconditional acceptance of these rules. The rules are available free of charge on this page for the duration of the promotion and will be sent free of charge to anyone who submits a written request to the address specified in Article 1.

Article 13 — Governing Law and Disputes

These rules are governed by French law ( English ) for participants residing in France, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection laws of their country of residence.

Any complaint must be submitted in writing to the Organizer within 60 days of the end of the promotion. In the event of an unresolved dispute, the consumer may seek assistance from a consumer mediator free of charge or file a claim with the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
